Instrument and Control Engineer

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required. Coursework in control systems, instrumentation, automation, process control, electronics, and communication provides foundational knowledge and expertise.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to analyze complex control systems, diagnose issues, evaluate performance, assess risks, and develop effective solutions and recommendations.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey technical information, present findings, write reports, create documentation, and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, clients, and management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and contribute to achieving project goals, objectives, and milestones.
• Knowledge of safety practices, regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to instrumentation and control systems to ensure the safe design, operation, maintenance, and management of systems and components.
