Instructor – Facility Maintenance

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to perform duties as Technical Instructor
• Candidate must be able to develop, conduct and evaluate effectiveness of technical training in all aspects
• Applicant must have a strong background in both avionics/armament and also general maintenance.
• The candidate is expected to use specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update, and develop new and existing media and materials
• The candidate is required to assist with analysis of customer technical training needs.
• The candidate gathers, examines, and interprets general technical data to determine appropriate training contents, objectives, and designs.

Job Description:

• Must have a thorough working knowledge of computer database and word processing programs.
• Typing skills and computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel a plus
• Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in FAA and OEM maintenance requirements.
• Conducting professional development courses to prepared requirements, Maintenance Management, On-The-Job Training (OJT)
• Technical content & objectives
• Alignment with competencies and business needs
• Training materials (teacher materials, student materials)
• Consolidation and rationalization of training events
• Realistic learning assurance mechanisms (practical & classroom)
