Human Resource Personnel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee relations, and labor regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Good problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
• Professional, trustworthy, and service-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and orientation materials for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records for payroll processing.
• Coordinate payroll-related information with the finance department to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Support employee performance evaluations, training programs, and staff development initiatives.
• Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive company information.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and occupational health and safety policies.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment statistics, and other administrative documents as required.
• Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
• Perform other human resources and administrative duties assigned by management.
