HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations and best practices
• Proven experience in human resources management within the resort or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in HR software and tolls for payroll, record-keeping and analytics
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are required
