KSK Company is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental compliance for major infrastructure and construction projects across Turkey.
We welcome applications from Ex-Anel professionals and candidates with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including railways, airports, hospitals, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, and commercial developments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
- Ex-Anel experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in railway, airport, hospital, high-rise building, industrial, or commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge of international HSE standards, construction safety practices, and risk management procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, incident investigation, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and work effectively with multicultural teams.
- Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and site safety programs in accordance with project requirements and international standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, client requirements, and project safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training sessions for workers and site personnel.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe working practices are followed on site.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
- Support environmental protection initiatives, including waste management and pollution prevention practices.
