Head Butcher / Meat Cutter

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Supervisory experience with the knowledge and experience in preparing primal cuts of meat into a variety of smaller cuts intended for sale in retail environment
• Prepare meat products, maintain meat department, and perform special order meat product request
• Must have full knowledge and experience of a meat department and skills Ability to work independently
• High school graduate and have at least 5 years of work experience
