HAIRDRESSER

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license or certification.
• Strong technical skills in hair cutting, styling, and coloring.
• Creativity and artistic ability in hair design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience working in a salon or spa setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.
• Recommend hair care products and treatments based on clients’ hair type and condition.
• Perform haircuts, blowouts, perms, highlights, and other hair treatments.
• Style hair for special occasions, such as weddings, proms, or photo shoots.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment.
• Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
