GENERAL WORKERS (TANK FARM PROCESS OPERATOR)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Basic technical experience (MS office, SCADA control)

Job Description:

• Able to perform daily/weekly operation task in high level of noise, dusty & continuous lifting activities related to ergonomic posture ( tank farm)
• Continuous daily GMP and 5s & proper shift handover related to process, safety & quality according to food safety guidelines
• Able to perform start up, continous running operation & shut down machine & other related equipment as per WI & parameter provided. SCADA control for python line and PLC control for conventional line
• Prepare and clean mixing liquverter prior start mixing (check impellar and transfer pump condition)
• Check and verified planned rework and online rework ratio from quality to meet final quality spec.
• Able to perform cartons tipping dilution as per planned rework and has to ensure the solution is homogeneous before start mixing
• Do mixing accordingly based on the mixing ratio and coffee concentration: a) Chicory liquid for CC coffee, b) Rework powder for SD/FD coffee, c)
• Additives (maltodexterin), d) Flavour and oil for CC/FD coffee
• Record all data before and after mixing to ensure the mixing is in spec and no need further adjustment.
• Read and interpret work orders and instructions in order to determine work assignments, process specifications, and production schedules.
• Able to clean, wash and replace bag filter for inlet and outlet when needed.
• Able to perform pipeline and vessel CIP to compensate high pressure cleaning activities.
