GENERAL WORKERS (SPRAY DRYER PROCESS OPERATOR)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Basic technical experience (MS office, SCADA control)

Job Description:

• Able to perform daily/weekly operation task in high temperature area (Spray Dryer)
• Able to perform startup, operation, and shutdown of spray dryers and other related equipment
• Monitors equipment operation, gauges, and SCADA operation in order to detect deviations from standards
• Confer with management, maintenance, or other equipment operators in order to report equipment malfunctions or resolve production problems.
• Record gauge readings, test results, and shift production in log sheet.
• Press and adjust controls the SCADA / valve / pump in order to run as per parameter provided.
• Manage & transport tote bin during powder filling and discharge to packing.
• Transport rework products to and from work areas, manually or using carts, handtrucks, or hoists when spillages happen.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machine using scrapers, caustic , air / water hoses, oil, and hand tools during CIP / Stoppage.
• Responsible for checking equipment to make sure it is working properly, clean out equipment periodically ( CIP) and prepare dryer / fluid bed for product change.
• Before leaving work, prepare working area for the next shift and discuss current production job tasks with the next shift to ensure a smooth transition.
• Perform cleaning activities on, around and inside spray dryers, and/or painting and other maintenance projects during ‘cleaning days’ when equipment is shut down for cleaning.
• Comply with all GMP and Food Safety guidelines.
• Follow plant safety rules and wears appropriate safety equipment (PPE)
