Tadawi International Medical Services Company is seeking qualified and experienced General Nurses for an overseas work opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care, conduct patient assessments, assist with admissions and discharges, and ensure safe and quality patient care.
General Nurse
Qualifications:
- Female applicants are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Must hold a valid Professional License / Nursing License and have passed the required professional licensure examination.
- Nurse Technician License holders are accepted.
- Nurse Specialist License holders are accepted.
- Good clinical judgment and patient-care skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, patient assessment, documentation, and infection-control practices.
- Compassionate, responsible, detail-oriented, and patient-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized patient assessments and reassessments within the timeframe required by hospital policies.
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and promptly report significant changes or unusual incidents to nursing supervisors.
- Perform patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.
- Assist patients with their daily care needs while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Follow established nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and patient-care standards.
- Maintain accurate and complete nursing documentation and patient records.
- Administer nursing care and treatments according to physicians’ orders and facility policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Observe and monitor vital signs and other relevant patient conditions.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and healthcare quality standards.
- Provide appropriate patient and family education within the scope of nursing responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized patient-care environment.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by nursing management.

We are constantly looking to hire new highly qualified doctors and nurses, in order to broaden our areas of expertise and the clinic services that we provide. We have full time doctors and part time doctors who come for a few days every month to see patients whilst maintaining their clinics back home.
