Qualifications:

• 12 months of recruitment (agency/internal) experience highly regarded but not essential.
• 2 years sales experience in recruitment or related industry.
• Proficient computer skills.

• Leadership skills. Willingness to grow and learn.
• Ability to create and build highly performing relationships at all levels.
