FOREMAN STRUCTURAL

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• High school graduate (Engineering/Technical diploma preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a structural foreman, preferably in Oil & Gas construction and GCC countries.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise structural construction activities on site to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and QA/QC personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Report on work status, issues, and recommend solutions.
• Guide and mentor site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
