Qualifications:

Work Experience:

• Over 10 years of extensive experience as a Foreman specializing in Tunneling Equipment.
• Proficient in Jumbodrill, shotcrete machine, charging car (service car), Manlift, Excavator, and Wheel loader operations.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs for tunneling equipment.
• Hands-on experience with various heavy machinery used in tunnel construction.
• Effective communication and coordination within the workshop.

Safety Compliance:

• Thorough understanding and implementation of safety protocols in tunneling equipment maintenance.

Problem-Solving:

• Excellent analytical skills to address complex issues related to tunneling equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce and uphold safety standards within the workshop and during equipment operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory for tunneling equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to mechanics on new equipment and maintenance techniques.
• Prepare regular reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and performance.
