Burger King is seeking reliable and customer-oriented Food Service Workers to join its restaurant team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist with food preparation, order taking, food service, restaurant cleanliness, and daily operations while maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.

FOOD SERVICE WORKER

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to follow food preparation, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to perform various food service duties.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
• No visible tattoos.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages according to established procedures.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure orders are prepared and served promptly.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide courteous and professional service.
• Prepare food ingredients and assemble menu items according to Burger King standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of food products.
• Operate assigned kitchen and food-service equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation, service, and dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, equipment, counters, and other restaurant areas.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Monitor food supplies and inform supervisors when ingredients or other materials need replenishment.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and properly handling food ingredients and supplies.
• Follow company procedures for food quality, preparation, storage, and temperature control.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints courteously and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when assigned.
• Support other team members during busy periods to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow workplace safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while on duty.
• Perform other food service and restaurant duties assigned by management.
