Food and Beverage Supervisor

Qualifications:

• With experience working in 3-5 star hotel
• Proven working experience as F&B Supervisor
• Can communicate well in English
• Has pleasing personality and good communication skills

Job Description:

• Interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling and managing employees
• Overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment
• Overseeing food and beverage inventories
• Choosing a range of beverages to be served at their establishment
• Ensuring adherence to food safety and beverage regulations
• Attending to customer complaints or issues, resolving matters as expediently as possible
• Overseeing food preparation, food storage and dining areas, ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with safety regulation and health codes.
