Floor Trainer

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language
• Excellent customer focus and service delivery
• Presentable and must have excellent hygiene
• Willingness to work long hours
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity and in excellent work ethic
• Consistently achieving or surpassing daily work targets and goals

Responsibilities:

• Must maintain constant communication with the Fitness Manager on all aspects of the fitness department and fitness event calendar planning.
• It is paramount to the success of the Fitness Department for the Instructor to maintain an open line of communication on any issues relating to the to the fitness program.
• Regularly interface with Fitness Manager on the weekly schedule.
• Endeavour to handle guest’s complaints.
• Depending on gravity, report to immediate supervisor or to the Club Manager.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
