Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing the operation and personnel of the fishmeal processing plant.
• provide leadership to the team of fishmeal operators, will keep supply inventories current and implement the plant’s preventative maintenance program.
• ensure operation of the plant consistent with applicable quality and sanitation standards and maintain all HACCP and production paperwork with strict attention to detail.
