Financial Controller/Financial Manager

Qualifications:

• ACCA Qualification., Certified Financial Planner, internal auditor, charactered financial analyst or similar credential.
• Graduate degree (or equivalent) in finance or accounting.
• Experience with budgets, salary administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project cashflow is required.
• Must have Quickbooks experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accounts payable are accurate and paid within vendor terms.
• Ensuring invoices are sent on time, accurate and chased with the customers, noting work is project based large customers.
• Ensure all vendors are reconciled monthly.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations.
• Maintain an appropriate audit file for monthly sign off.
• Ensure salaries are accurate and paid on time.
• Work with CFO to produce monthly P&L, CF and balance sheets.
