FEMALE TRAINING MANAGER (HOUSEKEEPING)

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• With proven experience as Training Manager in Hotel/Hospitality Industries.
• Salary will be negotiable base on Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements training programs for housekeeping staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their
  duties effectively and efficiently, while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Involves planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions, evaluating staff performance, and improving existing procedures to enhance
  overall housekeeping operations.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement training materials, and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions, provide hands-on instruction, and assess staff performance.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and
  develop action plans for improvement
