FAULT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience
• Must have experience in the Automotive Industry particularly in a production setting.
• Repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, to hydraulic and pneumatic issues, often involving advanced control methods like PLC controls (Siemens S7 and S5), servo controls, hydraulic assemblies, gate monitoring systems, frequency controls, position sensors, and force sensors.
• Responsible for the electromechanical repair, regular maintenance and preventive maintenance of all the production lines (1300 different production machines in total).
