FARM MANAGER (Cattle Farm)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• Must have experience in managing tropical beef cattle
• Able to drive a tractor and ride a quad bike
• Basic husbandry, nutrition, communication, preparation, adaptation, evaluation, attention to detail and establishing a farm culture

Responsibilities:

• Can organize and oversee 7,500 beef cattle
• Monitoring staff and livestock, purchasing supplies, preparing budgets and reports
• Plan and direct all phases on the farm while ensuring animal health and safety
