FACILITIES SUPERVISOR – BUILDING FABRIC/CIVIL

Qualifications:

• High standard of civil maintenance services delivery.
• Effective team leadership and development.
• Successful execution of preventive maintenance programs.
• Positive stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, structural maintenance and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory
• Advanced technical certification or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the civil maintenance team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance of building structures.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship
• Train, mentor and supervise technicians to maintain high standards of service and safety
• Manage work orders, maintenance records and budgets.
• Coordinate with the Building Fabric/Civil Engineer on major projects and renovations
