FABRICATION FOREMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitoring shop floor workers activity.
• Inform Fabrication engineer about activities going on shop floor.
• Knowledge sharing with shop floor workers. Distribute workload on shop floor.
• Preparation of PPE & material requirement on shop floor.
• Find out laps in fabrication shop which affect the productivity & quality.
• Discuss the issues with workers & fabrication engineers.
• Initial/ self-pre- inspection of each layout marking, fit up, welding etc. & inform fabrication engineer to request inspection.
• Preparation daily fabrication production report & submit to fabrication engineer.
• Preparation daily rework/ rejection report. Implement, Establish & follow the quality procedure.
