EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably within a hotel setting.
• Must be able to speak and understand English, proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or completion of a hotel school apprenticeship, as well as training in food safety, HACCP/COSHH, and completion of First Aid courses, are advantages.
