Event Sales Coordinator

Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and event coordination, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities for event hosting and services.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients, provide information about available event packages, and conduct facility tours as needed.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms and conditions meet both parties’ needs and expectations.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other requirements according to client specifications.
