ESTIMATOR

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelors degree or above with majors in civil engineering, engineering management, engineering cost management, with experience in roads, bridges, Water supply and sewage works
• Expertise in using Candy Software for cost estimation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

Job Description:

• Cost Estimation: Utilize Candy Software to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify project requirements.
• Quantity Takeoff: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive and comprehensive bids for construction projects. Work closely with the bid team to ensure all aspects of the bid are covered

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
