Electrician Industrial

Qualifications:

• Trade certificate or Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant electrical license.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer.
• Aware of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Have the drive, energy and personality to work as part of a team.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and on shift basis

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems including 3 phase and single-phase electrical equipment’s in the factory.
• Test and install wiring system such as lighting and equipment.
• Work on switchboards in accordance with specifications provided.
• Respond to routine and emergency calls for repair and service.
• Assist contractors/suppliers in project works and serve as back up to Engineering team for mechanical faults and issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs with adherence to lockout/tag procedure.
• Maintain appropriate service and repair records.
