Refreshment Trading Co. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical maintenance and ensure the reliable operation of plant equipment and systems. The role involves supervising electrical technicians, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Electrical Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment
- Certification in electrical safety or relevant training
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, control panels, and PLCs
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and equipment
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
- Maintain electrical documentation, drawings, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Support installation and commissioning of electrical equipment
