Job Vacancy: Derma Nurse

Derma Nurse
Qualifications:
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduate.
- Must hold an active nursing license.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic.
- Must be female, as specified by the employer.
- Must hold a Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) nursing license or be ready to complete the required Prometric examination and/or QuadraBay credentialing process, as applicable.
- Knowledge of dermatological procedures, aesthetic treatments, patient care, and infection control.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work professionally in a clinical environment and follow established healthcare standards.
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and ethical nursing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during consultations, examinations, and approved dermatological procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Assist with aesthetic and dermatological treatments within the scope of nursing practice and professional authorization.
- Assess patients before and after procedures and monitor their condition during treatment.
- Provide patients with appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions as directed by the treating practitioner.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and nursing reports.
- Follow infection prevention, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Ensure dermatology and aesthetic equipment is clean, properly maintained, and ready for use.
- Communicate professionally with patients, explain routine care instructions, and respond to their concerns within the scope of practice.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
