Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing good customer service at all times Assisting with daily opening and closing preparations.
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Serving at tables, presenting menus, promoting special offers and taking orders
• Having a good knowledge of the menu and any special offers is crucial
• Assisting the chef in dessert preparation
• Preparing beverages including cocktails, fresh juice
• Operating a barista coffee machine and making a wide range of coffee beverages
• Advising customers on wine choices
• Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the dessert counters, chillers and equipment
• Keeping records of supplies and cash
• Assisting in maintaining accurate stock inventory and record keeping
• Assisting in replenishing the stock of items required for service for dine-in and take-out orders
• Assisting in maintaining machinery, air-conditioning system, plumbing and attending to and solving any problems in these areas
• Handling difficult customer situations and complaints with a positive attitude
• Cashier duties including operating and balancing the till and daily sales

Requirements:
