JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Organising and controlling the efficient production of quality diet foods and beverages according the company statutory regulations regarding
  hygiene, safety and cleanliness.
• Prepare, cook and serve food and beverages following HACCP procedures and in compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.
• Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
