MMT SARL is looking for skilled and adaptable Cooks to prepare meals for our operations in Congo. The ideal candidates are knowledgeable in food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and can adapt to Chinese cuisines and cooking styles.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, 25–37 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
• Experience in preparing Chinese cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining hygiene and quality standards
• Adaptable, responsible, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to provided recipes and instructions
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils, equipment, and surfaces
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of food ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality meal preparation
• Adapt cooking methods to accommodate specific cuisines, particularly Chinese

• Passport valid for more than 3 years preferred (or proof of passport release)
• NBI clearance (valid or with proof of release)
• Educational credentials (diploma, form 137, TOR)
• PEOS certificate
• Vax Certificate
