Contracts Managers

Qualifications:

• Must have extensive experience – 10+ Years
• Experience with HVAC Systems
• Ability to understand, supervise , teach and train different mechanical systems – including defense, Hospitals, commercial offices, Laboratories projects relating to HVAC piped and ducted services and related central plant
• Able to scope materials needed for remote location
• Aid site staff in performing high quality work
• Able to produce budgets
• Time management and finishing on time and to programme
• Aid setting up best practice procedures
• Staff Management
• Must have excellent communication skills and very high level of English as you will be managing staff internally and relationships with external parties as well (customer facing).
• Candidates with a background in quantity surveying and mechanical design before working in project/contract management would be suitable.
