CONCRETE PUMP OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in concrete pumping operations.
  • No formal educational requirement; technical skill and experience are essential.
  • Must possess a valid GCC driving license.
  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Must have technical certifications and the physical capability to safely handle heavy pumping machinery on construction sites.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete pump operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Setup: Position and stabilize pump trucks using outriggers on suitable ground; assemble and connect delivery pipelines and hoses.
  • Operation & Delivery: Operate concrete pump equipment efficiently and safely to deliver concrete to designated areas.
  • Maintenance & Inspection: Perform daily pre-operational checks on hydraulic systems, hoses, and safety switches. Clean pumps and delivery lines thoroughly after each pour to prevent blockages.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and clear pipeline blockages safely; perform light mechanical repairs on-site to minimize downtime.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and operational guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
