CONCIERGE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Able to attend face to face interview in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Front officer responding to guest complaints, conducts research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiates results prior to escalating to the Activities Coordinator, Manager or MOD
• Ensure constant enough supply and availability of printed materials such as brochures of local attractions, sister hotels, restaurants, city maps, which may be handed over to guests
• Manage the process and assist agents and guests with concierge services such as booking of shows, tours, restaurant reservations
• Coordinate effective use of personnel, supplies, equipment and facilities
• Ensure assistance with the Guest Services that all luggage, messages, parcels, are handled, delivered, retrieved or stored efficiently

Requirements:
