COMPLETION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• DIVISION / FUNCTION : TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Provide the field team and project engineer the required support and information needed to complete the site work and hop
• Documents for smooth customer acceptance.
• Maintain good relationship with all the internal and external teams.
• Attend all the required meetings( internally and external) as project and acceptance meeting, subcon and customer Meetings.
• Answering daily calls and questions from internal teams .
• Dealing with customer escalations related to work as quality / Installation / acceptance / other issues.
• Complete the required training ( customer and ssmc training )
• Provide technical support and guidance to acceptance team for preparations, reviews , and rejections.
• Analyse the customer rejection in technical point of view and support the team in output.
  Create quality alerts for acceptance related issues.
• Help to create presentations and reports for acceptance related meetings.
• Send reminders for all pending hop documents to responsible parties.
• Maintain good relationship with all the internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• Updated CV
• Passport Copy
• COE (Certificate of Employment)
• Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
