Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 10 years work experience
• Interested applicants must possess at least 5 yrs ABROAD working experience in PLANT CONSTRUCTION (i.e. Oil and Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical).
• Good command of written and spoken English and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Preparation of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-up Plan and Procedure
• Monitoring progress of Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities
• Manage Subsystem Turnover Package
• Manage Commissioning Team Manpower & Materials
• Control pre-commissioning & commissioning schedule
• Coordination for Vendor Data and Sub-contract
