CNC OPERATORS

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience
• Proficiency in selecting, setting up, and maintaining cutting tools and fixtures for CNC machines.

Job Description:

• Familiar with 5 axis CNC (DMG Mori).
• Should have a deep understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• They should be proficient in creating and editing complex CNC programs.
• Familiarity with various materials (metals, plastics, composites) and their properties, along with expertise in selecting appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters for each material.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software for generating and optimizing CNC programs.
