Job Description:

• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks
• A Cleaner , or Custodian, is responsible for keeping offices, homes, hotels or other public areas neat and organized. Their main duties include sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, dusting countertops, ceilings and furniture and sanitizing bathroom
• Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Notifying managers of necessary repairs.
