Civil Technician

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Civil repair work and addition basic carpentry.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• 2-4 years relevant experience preferably in Facility management

Responsibilities

• Walkthrough inspection to identify issues in the building and to report all concerns for planning and scheduling with supervisor.
• Plastering, bricklaying, patch repairs to wall finishes, drilling, Gypsum wall and ceiling repairing, use of abrasive wheels equipment, basic plumbing and carpentry.
• Refurbish areas as needed, apply paint, stain removing and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using appropriate tools.
• Works closely with the MEP Supervisor to carry out responsibilities assigned to him in accordance with established maintenance program and repairing schedule.
• Submit reports of inspections to MEP supervisor for scheduling corrective action.
• Responsible for reporting all findings of discrepancies observed and noted during work to MEP Supervisor.
• Responsible for always maintaining all assigned tools equipment’s in spotless condition.
• Responsible for cleanliness of working place assigned.
