Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in international cuisine preferably in either a hotel, cruise ship or fine dining restaurant
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated to food quality and control
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation and quality and control
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

Common tasks that you may have to perform include:

• Cleaning food preparation areas
• Preparing food to client specification and standards
• Adjusting recipe to accommodate guest allergies or specific diet requests
• Managing kitchen staff
• Working with front-of-house employees to ensure great service
• Ordering and receiving food items and ingredients
• Assisting in other tasks as required.
