Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position
• Applicants must be 25 years old and above
• Preferably working in a hotel and restaurant industry
• Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
• With excellent customer service skills

Job Description:

• To ensure diners are receiving high-quality service. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate, Promoting special menu items
