Job Vacancy: CAFM / Helpdesk Operator

CAFM / Helpdesk Operator

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Able to attend on face to face employers interview in the office
• Can provide employment certificates

Responsibilities:

• Provide a helpdesk function to deliver related managing agent services.
• Work on a shift basis which could include weekend and night working.
• Assist the operations team in the daily operations of the CAFM system. In conjunction with the helpdesk manager, produce reports to performance levels.
• To create accurate input for assets into the CAFM/CMMS for data records and reports (manual & computerized) in accordance with Company procedures.
• To ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored and maintained. Input asset data and planned maintenance into database program.
• To sort, classify, file and retrieve information, according to content, purpose, user criteria, or numerical order in accordance with company filing system
• To complete work schedules and follow up with the concerned personnel to close the completed task in the system.
