Audit Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ A Certified Public Accountant.
• At least 6 years relevant work experience in Leadership.
• A good knowledge and understanding of Government and Business systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge in financial auditing, accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to manage and lead the Financial Audit Team.
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Computer Literate. with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement audit plans & strategies to ensure compliance with company policies & industry regulations.
• Lead & Manage teams to ensure timely completion of audits & achievement of audit objectives.
• Identify & assess potential risks & control weaknesses, & develop recommendations for improvement.
• Review & evaluate audit findings & prepare comprehensive audit reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of audit issues.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices & incorporate them into audit process & procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to audit staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines and maintain confidentiality of audit information.
