ASST. F&B MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must have experience in hotel industry.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Always conduct business honestly and fairly Manage time and pay attention to detail
• Team player with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with other staff members.
• Relevant training and/or certifications may be required or beneficial.
• Display a positive attitude, even under pressure
• Exemplify the culture of authentic hospitality
• Be aware and attentive to guest needs
• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Overseeing daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Managing inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Developing and implementing training programs for F&B staff.
• Conducting meetings with clients to determine arrangements for events.
• Educates guests about individual skin care needs
• Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
