ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills both written & verbal.
• Relevant background with international QSR brand is a must (McDonalds, Dominos, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin, etc.)
• Minimum 2yrs experience in the same position.
• Must have a deep understanding of Restaurant P&L, EBITDA
• Must have experience in hotels, fine dining restaurants or experience in KFC, Hardees, Pizza Hut, Chicken Tikka, Krispy Kreme, MCdonalds, Fridays, Wimpy, Peet’s Coffee. Costa Coffee.
• Must have a deep understanding of P&L.
• Must have background with international QSR brand.
