CAS Recruitment Ltd – Greek Branch is seeking hardworking and reliable Assistant Plumbers to support professional plumbers in Greece. The successful candidates will assist with plumbing installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair activities while handling tools and materials, reading basic diagrams, maintaining a safe work area, and following instructions and workplace safety procedures.

ASSISTANT PLUMBER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Familiarity with isometric diagrams, blueprints, or basic plumbing drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing tools, materials, equipment, pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Willing and able to assist plumbers with daily tasks and assigned activities.
  • Ability to assist in detecting, locating, and repairing leaks and other basic plumbing faults.
  • Previous experience as a Plumber Helper, Assistant Plumber, or in a related field is an advantage.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, bending, lifting, carrying, and transporting plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of a plumber.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
  • English communication skills are required.
  • Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn new plumbing skills and procedures.
  • Willing to work in different work environments and assist with physically demanding plumbing activities.
  • Must have a newly renewed passport.
  • Able to follow company policies, safety procedures, and instructions from supervisors.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist plumbers with daily plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and transport plumbing tools, equipment, materials, pipes, fittings, and supplies.
  • Assist in measuring, cutting, fitting, assembling, and positioning pipes and plumbing components.
  • Read and follow basic isometric diagrams, blueprints, and plumbing drawings under the supervision of a plumber.
  • Assist in detecting, locating, and repairing water leaks and other plumbing faults.
  • Help plumbers inspect plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, valves, drains, and connections.
  • Assist with the installation and replacement of pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, fixtures, and other plumbing components.
  • Prepare work areas and ensure all required tools and materials are available before starting assigned tasks.
  • Assist with testing plumbing systems and checking connections for leaks or other defects.
  • Clean and organize tools, equipment, materials, and work areas after completing tasks.
  • Handle and transport plumbing materials safely and according to workplace procedures.
  • Assist in dismantling and removing damaged or defective plumbing components.
  • Follow instructions from plumbers, supervisors, and other authorized personnel.
  • Observe proper workplace health and safety practices when handling tools, equipment, pipes, chemicals, and other materials.
  • Report plumbing problems, damaged tools, unsafe conditions, or material shortages to the supervising plumber.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Support other plumbing-related tasks as assigned by the supervising plumber or management.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at € 850 net monthly.
  • Forty-eight (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Contract duration is for 2 years.
