ASSISTANT COOK

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Job Description:

• The role of an Assistant Cook is to assist the Head Cook in the preparation and cooking of meals according to a set menu. This involves following recipes, preparing ingredients, and cooking and plating dishes.
• The Assistant Cook must possess a working knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• They must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
• The successful candidate must be passionate about cooking and take pride in producing delicious meals, as well as being able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
