TOPNEST S.R.O. is hiring qualified Assistant Cooks for deployment to the Czech Republic. The successful candidate will support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring all standard culinary standards and sanitation procedures are met.

ASSISTANT COOK

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Male and Female applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years old.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Assistant Cook or Kitchen Helper in a commercial kitchen or restaurant setup.
  • Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of food preparation techniques, knife handling, and kitchen tool operation.
  • Hygiene & Standards: Solid understanding of safe food handling, sanitation standards, and kitchen hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist main cooks in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables and ingredients.
  • Handle routine cooking tasks such as heating, frying, and basic food assembly.
  • Maintain strict kitchen sanitation by washing dishes, sanitizing cookware, and cleaning work stations.
  • Manage food waste disposal and keep storage areas organized and clean.
  • Perform additional kitchen support duties and assist with line stock management as requested by senior kitchen staff.
