We need the following positions for Qatar:

ASSISTANT BAKERY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Hospitality Management education, or a related field; relevant certification including HACCP, ServSafe, Food Safety Manager, GSFI & exposure to ISO22000 will be added advantages
• Minimum of 3 years’ exp. in bakery operations management, preferably in a high-volume bakery
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of bakery operations, including recipe development, and production processes
• Proven ability to manage and motivate staff
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in bakery operations
